• Hair Extensions worn or installed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Items must have all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Styling tools and accessories cannot be returned.

Defective items can be returned after 7 days of a defect being discovered but in any case no longer than 14 days of purchase and will be refunded in accordance with this policy subject to provision of evidence of the defect immediately upon discovery, such as images, and compliance with the instructions for use. You have the option to ask for the replacement of a defective item and replacement in this case will be subject to stock availability and price adjustment.

Our Virgin Remy Hair is sourced from Mongolia from donors with no previous history of chemical alterations to their hair. We use only one donor per extension pack resulting in gorgeous hair extensions with an extended life span of up to 12+ months with proper maintenance and care.

Our Raw Hair is sourced from South East Asian countries known for donating or selling their luscious locks directly to us. We're proud to share how our business positively impacts families and communities.

We strongly advise to take your tape in or weft extensions to your stylist for installs and removals. This ensures that the extensions are applied safely in way that will enhance and maintain the health and integrity of your natural hair.

We have a team of experts dedicated for installs, removals, refits and anything hair extensions related.

Keep extensions moisturized by washing hair 2-3 times a week. Use dry shampoo and sulphate free products. Comb with THE DETANGLER before rinsing conditioner. Dry hair at low setting.

Use clarifying shampoo for clip in extensions with styling product build up. Follow with hydrating/nourishing mask. Detangle with THE DETANGLER, starting from ends to roots. Air dry and use heat protector for hot tools.

For dark and light hair extensions, use 180-200°C to minimize heat damage.

We offer 4 ways to get color matched: virtual consultation, email photos, instore consultation or clip-in color samples. Variations in color may occur due to device screens and lighting. Email or online matching is not guaranteed.

Any alterations to the color of the hair extensions should be done by a professional.

N.B.*Color alterations can reduce the life span of your extensions .

We do not accept returns on any extensions that have been color altered.

2. Next Day Delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi:

   - Your package will be delivered the next working day in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

3. 2-3 Days Free Delivery in Other Cities:

   - This option is available for all cities in the UAE (excluding Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

   - Your package will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

4. International Delivery:

   - Delivery Time: 5-7 working days
